Refund Policy

Our products are Print-on-Demand, therefore our return policy is only applicable in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address, a return shipping label (if applicable), and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at inbox@brandshree.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the eligible item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
